29-Dec-2021 Under 21 'A' Championship Final: Eire Og 9-9 Clonmore 0-2
Hard luck to our Under 20s on their heavy defeat to Eire Óg in the County Final in Netwatch Cullen Park last Wednesday.

The lads put in some excellent performances in their previous four games and reaching the Final with such a small squad.was an achievement in itself.

What a pity they did not do themselves justice in the Final but better days lie ahead for this talented group of players.

28-Dec-2021 Under 20 'A' County Final: Clonmore V Eire Og
All roads lead to Netwatch Cullen Park on Wednesday, 29 Dec when Clonmore meet Eire Og in the Under 20 A County Final at 7.30pm.

In the Group stage, our U20s drew with Bagenalstown Gaels and beat St Patricks and Eire Og. In the semi-final they defeated Rathvilly. Hopes are high that this talented group of players can bring the Cup back to the club on Wednesday

We wish the players and mentors the best of luck in the Final. All support is welcome for what should a cracking game.

Well done to our Under 20s on their impressive 3-9 to 1-7 win over Rathvilly in the Championship Semi-Final in Fenagh Training Centre on Friday last..

The Final between Clonmore and Eire Óg is fixed for Wednesday, 29 December, at 7.30pm in Netwatch Cullen Park,

04-Dec-2021 U20 'A' Championship: Clonmore 2-13 Eire Og 2-3
Clonmore's Under 20s continued their unbeaten run when overcoming Eire Og by 2-13 to 2-3 in the 3nd Round of the Championship in Woodside on Saturday evening.

The U20s have now qualified for the Championship semi-final which will be played in Fenagh Training Centre on either Friday 17th or Saturday 18th December. Well done to players and mentors.

27-Nov-2021 U20 'A' Championship: Clonmore 0-14 St Patricks 1-9
Well done also to Clonmore's U20s who continued to show good form when overcoming St Patricks, Tullow, by 0-14 to 1-9 in the 2nd Round of the C'ship in Woodside on Saturday evening. With the scores level at 0-12 to 1-9 on 55 minutes the lads had to dig deep but two late points by Billy Lawlor Rory Maguire got us over the line for a vital win.

This was a cracking game played in baltic conditions in Woodside on Saturday evening.

This was an intense contest between two very talented teams with the lead changing hands on a number of occasions. In a game which saw some excellent play and outstanding scores from both sides, it would have been unfair for either team to lose and a draw was a fair result.

The U20''s next game is at home to St Patricks on Saturday evening at 6pm.

14-Nov-2021 Junior 'C' Championship FINAL: St Mullins 1-14 Clonmore 0-6
Hard luck to our Junior team and Mentors who lost to St Mullins by 1-14 to 0-6 in the County Final on Sunday.

The lads tried their very best but came up against a formidable St Mullins team who had superior levels of fitness from their Senior Hurling Championship campaign.

07-Nov-2021 Death of former player PJ Conway RIP
The club was deeply saddened to learn of the sudden death of former player, PJ Conway, in Ashbourne, Co Meath, last week. Originally from Barnhill, PJ was a stylish forward on our teams of the 1960s & 70s and played on the last Clonmore team to reach a County Senior Football Final in 1965.
To sister Nancy, brother Kevin, children Deborah, Pamela and Stephen and brothers-in-law Tom Boland and Tommy Kehoe, we send our deepest sympathy at this sad time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam

31-Oct-2021 2021 Junior 'C' C'ship Semi-Final: Clonmore 9-9 St Patricks 1-4
Well done to our Juniors on reaching the Junior Final following their comprehensive 29 point win over St Patricks, Tullow, on Saturday. In what is shaping up to be a high scoring Final, they will take on St Mullins who had an equally impressive 4-27(39) to 1-3(6) win over Ballon on Sunday.

The Final is expected to be on Sunday 14 Nov in Netwatch Cullen Park as the curtain raiser to the County Senior Final.
