Clonmore GFC Membership

Welcome to the official Lotto website of Clonmore GFC in Co. Carlow.  The Clonmore GFC Fundraising Lotto draws which run on a weekly basis play a huge part in the fund raising efforts of our GAA Club.
We encourage all of our ex members and community to play the Clonmore GFC fundraising lotto.  We also hope that we can all work together to promote this lotto and help get back in touch with people from Hacketstown & Clonmore, Carlow who may now be living all over the world.

To play, any four numbers are selected from 1 to 30. If anybody matches the four numbers selected on the night he/she wins or shares the Jackpot. Tickets cost €2 each.

PHOTO: It was with great sadness that Clonmore GFC heard of the death of our former player, mentor and Chairman, Michael Byrne, on Wednesday, 8 September. “Big Mick" as he was affectionately known was a much loved & respected stalwart of the club. In a long career, he was an outstanding player for club & county, he served as an astute mentor & selector with numerous teams and was a very effective Chairman. He will be badly missed by his many friends in the club.

Clonmore GFC sends our sincere condolences to Mick's family and friends at this sad time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Minor Championship Division 2B Semi-final: Bagenalstown Gaels 4-6 Clonmore 0-7.
Hard luck to our Minors who gave everything in this game played in Fenagh Training Centre last Monday. The first half was even enough and Bagenalstown led by just two points at half-time - 0-5 to 0-3 - but 2 quick goals after the break left Clonmore with too much to do.

A talented bunch of lads, the Minors had a great year and gave everything in every game - win, lose or draw.

IFC: Eire Og 1-11 Clonmore 0-9
By losing this match to Eire Og, Clonmore are relegated to the Junior ''A'' Championship in 2022.

With the scores tied at 0-9 apiece on 60 minutes it looked as if we would get the result we needed to progress to the Quarter Finals, but Eire Og stunned us with 1-2 in injury time and the defeat means we are automatically relegated.
