There will be staggered arrival and collection times for different age groups. Parents will be informed of times via email once all the bookings are in.
Parents will need to take children’s temperature, fill out a health questionnaire and agree to inform us immediately of any change in their child’s condition.
Children will need their own water bottle, sun screen (applied by parents before arrival) and raingear.
All Cuala and Cúl camps are nut free Zones
All children must have the appropriate playing equipment. Sanitized helmets & hurleys can be loaned to those who don’t have them on the first day.
Parents will be asked to sign children in every morning. This signature will be taken as verification that there is no change in the child’s condition and that they have sanitized all of their child’s playing equipment.
All communal gear will be sanitized at the end of play every day. Parents are asked to sanitize their children’s playing gear (hurls, helmets & gloves) before coming to camp each day.
If parents are delayed at pick up time for any reason they are asked to contact the office on 01- 2350717 so as not to cause the child any undue anxiety.
If your child has any special medical or dietary requirements or if you need to alert the Camp organizers to any other issues, be sure to speak directly, in strictest confidence, with Ken or Mark.
