Howth Celtic AFC Photography Policy

POLICY AND GUIDANCE ON THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT

Managers at all times must know who is taking photographs/video footage.

Photographs/video footage is forbidding in changing rooms or shower areas.

Any person who has a complaint or concern can report to the club children’s officer.

POLICY ON WEB SITES

The club will:

Avoid using children’s names (first name or surname) in photographs.

If the child is named, avoid using his or her photograph.

If the photograph is used, avoid naming the child.

Use a parental consent form to request and record parental permission to use an image of their person.

Ask for children’s permission to use their image.

Only use images of children in suitable dress to reduce the risk of inappropriate use.
