The boat and equipment listed in this boat storage application will be covered by adequate third party liability insurance during the period when the boat and equipment are stored at Mullaghmore Sailing Club (MSC)
In the event that an uninsured boat kept by me at MSC or in an area controlled by MSC is involved in an accident resulting in damage to it or another boat, person or item, I exonerate Mullaghmore Sailing Club from all claims that might arise from this incident
I have read and understand the MSC Policies and Procedures Manual published on the Club website under the Membership Section and I undertake to abide by the aforementioned policies
I understand and accept that all permissions granted are valid for one year only
I understand that any boat storage allocated is granted only on full payment of all outstanding membership fees for all owners
