Clonmore GFC

This was a hard defeat to take after the huge effort put in by the players and mentors not just in this game but all year. With the scores tied at 0-9 apiece on 60 minutes it looked as if we would get the result we needed to progress to the Quarter Finals, but Eire Og stunned us with 1-2 in injury time and the defeat means we are automatically relegated to the Junior 'A' Championship next year. It is very disappointing to lose our Intermediate status but the team is young enough and good enough to bounce back in 2022.
