Promoter`s prize €20 was won by Daniel O`Brien. The seniors got back to winning ways defeating Crettyard by the odd goal in five. Slaney started on the front foot, with Owen Coleman heading home an in-swinging cross from Daniel O`Brien on the right wing for 1-0 on 12 minutes. Cretty worked their way back into the game with an equaliser on 21 minutes, but they were caught out, on the stroke of half time from the same combination, with Owen volleying home a low cross from Daniel for 2-1. A long - ranged super strike on 58 minutes for 2-2, before Daniel rifled an unstoppable shot to the top corner for 3-2 on 86 minutes to collect full points.
