Goalkeeper Turned Goal Poacher- A week ago, U12`s recorded their first win on their travels with an 0-1 scoreline in Killeshin. Peter Lawlor, keeper for the first half showed the forwards where the back of the net was, when he was switched to the forward line for the second-half.

Congratulations to the Senior O35 team who defeated Burrin Celtic by the odd goal in three in the Div. 2 final under lights at St. Pat`s ground on Friday. As in the league play-off, they had to come from behind, with Eoin Coleman scoring from the penalty spot to make it 1-1 followed by a very late own goal which secured the league and cup double.

On The Juvenile Front- In the U15 game v`s New Oak, a foot-block by keeper Callum Boland denied the visitors a late winner, as the sides shared eight goals in Rathvilly. The highlight of the first half was a hat-trick from Callum Brennan and a well-executed free-kick from Jack Corcoran.
