Lotto numbers drawn on Monday 31 August were 2, 15, 17 and 25. There was no jackpot winner. As there were no match three winners, €150 was shared between five lucky dips: Martin Kehoe, Father Cullen Terrace, Rathvilly; Liz Kirton, Woodgrove Avenue, Rathvilly; Josh Doran, 26 Woodgrove Avenue, Rathvilly; Mary O'Neill, 5 Slaney Bank, Rathvilly and Ann Keogh, 2 Parkmore, Baltinglass. Promoter prize Bruno`s Takeaway. Next draw will take place in the Phoenix Centre, Monday 7th September at 8pm with a jackpot value of €10,700.

Last season Carlow & District League announced that for season 20/21 all clubs would be registering players on the fai.net themselves. Slaney Rovers AFC installed this facility of registering players by a click on a button on the website homepage but not all clubs followed suit. Resulting in the league themselves, will be doing the registration of all players on the FAI.net, for the clubs this season only. So dates to remember are: new season will commence on Sunday 20th September with the KCLR Carlow shield round 1 and any players who want to play the shield must be registered by Wednesday the 16^th; the premier league will all start on Sunday 27th September and adults who want to play the 27th must be registered by the 23rd.

PS-the Carlow Shield draw will take place on Tuesday night 1st September at 845ish live on League`s Facebook page and will be published online straight after on our website.
