Lotto numbers drawn on Monday 9 December were 4, 13, 18 and 29. There was no jackpot winner. There was one match three winner of €150: Chloe O Neill, Parkmore, Baltinglass ( 4,13,21,29) - promoter: Catherine Deering. Promoter prize`s Molloy`s Bar. Only juveniles in action last Saturday were the U13`s who hosted league leaders St. Fiacc`s in Rathvilly. They got off to the perfect start when Daire Byrne scored direct from a corner on 11 minutes, however, Fiacc`s drew level within a minute and took the lead 9 minutes later. Slaney responded well and were level five minutes before the break when Daire Byrne scored from the penalty spot for his brace and a 2-2 interval score. Fiacc`s then went on to finish strongly in the second-half with a further four goals. As for Slaney, Daire Byrne completed his hat-trick late in the game, who, along with Tadhg Johnson, Conor Doody and Cian Weekes gave it their all, but to no avail, as the League leaders march on undefeated and with a 100% record. The adults on Sunday had a free-day as the executive committee of the Carlow League postponed all fixtures on health and safety grounds after overnight rain. With Christmas just around the corner, next Monday`s lotto draw will have five extra lucky dips..  |
