Lotto numbers drawn on Monday 12 August were 13, 16, 19 and 27 . There was no jackpot winner. There was one match three winner of €150: Declan Brennan, Tombeagh Hacketstown (12, 13, 16 and 27). Promoter prize`s Gabriel Deering. Seniors continued on their winning ways with a 3-2 win over St. Joseph`s in Rathvilly but left it late. They started well and had a lot of possession in the first-half and they took the lead from a long range effort from Mark Ryan on 12 minutes, however, but within five minutes, Joey`s were level when they scored an equaliser for 1-1. Slaney had a great chance to go in front again from an in-swinging corner taken by Tom Tallon, which found Peter Kehoe`s head but his effort hit the woodwork and rebounded to safety. Within a minute of the restart of the second-half Joey`s scored again to take a 1-2 lead and they looked comfortable until the last ten minutes when Alan Ryan found Tony Carthy in space to fire home to make it 2-2. Slaney were then awarded a late penalty which Peter Kehoe blasted home for 3-2 and full points in a topsy turvy game.
