The above Team (Runner 1 and Runner 2) understand that this race is held in accordance with both the rules and safety requirements of Athletics NI. We confirm that we are aware of the organiser's information and requirements in connection with this race. We accept the hazards involved in running and acknowledge that we are entering and participating in the race at our own risk. We understand the organisers accept no liability for loss or damage of any nature to us or our property arising out of our participation in the event.

We understand that failure to provide accurate information when completing or amending your Entry Form may result in disqualification from all future Newcastle AC organised events.
We understand that entry details may be stored on a computer. We agree for photographs and videos to be taken and published to promote the sport and future events.
