In Consideration of my children being admitted to Rebel Wheelers Multisport Group for the 2019 season, I accept the terms under which the program is offered and in particular I acknowledge and undertake the following:

1. That participation in sport brings risk and that my choice to enter my child is voluntary and that the safety of my child is at my sole and exclusive risk.  I agree to absolve all persons having any connection with the organization or conduct of the program from all liability arising out of accidents howsoever caused resulting in damage or personal injury to my children and I agree to indemnify on a full indemnity basis and hold harmless the organizers – the members of Rebel Wheelers Multisport Group, their servants or agents, the owner of the lands in respect of any claim whatsoever arising out of our participation in this program.

The purpose and intent of the above clause is to ensure that no successful claim for compensation for injuries or loss suffered by your children in the course of the program may be brought against the members of Rebel Wheelers Multi Sport Group Club, or the owners of the property.

• Rebel Wheelers is not responsible for children left unsupervised outside the agreed training hours.
• We strongly advise for valuable items to be left at home.
• Misbehavior may result in the participant being suspended from the program.
