I will abide by the Rules of the Road. I understand and agree that I participate in this VOLUNTARY CYCLE entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I accept that the function of the cycle stewards is to indicate direction and that I must decide whether my movements are safe. I agree and accept that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the Event Organisers, any event official, cycle sponsors or benefiting charities in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me or by any reason of this event, however caused.

Fenit Coastal Cycle Parental Consent

I declare that I allow my child to take part in the Fenit Coastal Cycle 2019. I am aware that as with all types of exercise, there is an inherent risk of injury and I acknowledge that allowing my child to participate in this activity brings with it the assumption by me of those risks, and I understand that I am free to withdraw my child from the activity at any time.I assume full responsibility during and after participation in this activity. I agree that I have read, understood and agreed to the contents in its entirety of this informed consent agreement. My Child will abide by the rules of the road and I understand and agree that they participate in this VOLUNTARY CYCLE  entirely at their own risk.
