Meath/Kildare Cycle Waiver

I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am travelling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the event. I understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe. I agree that no liability what so ever shall attach to Summerhill GAA Club, Race Sponsor, any Race Official or any Member of SUMMERHILL GAA Club in respect of injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event, however caused.

Helmets: The wearing of a Hard Shell Helmet during the event is compulsory
**** Bicycles must be of road worthy condition.****

Note: Participants in this Cycle are not covered by the G.A.A. Injury Benefit Fund. Each individual should ensure that they have cover in place in the event of an accident as per their own individual requirements.
