I AGREE to abide by the Club Rules as laid out and contained in the Club Manual.  I am aware that photo and video footage may be taken of the club members for the purpose of teaching and promoting of the programme.  I understand that the club communicates through Whatsapp messages (per team), club text and club emails, and I give permission to be contacted by these means.
