Mini All-Ireland Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

Kilmacud Crokes Mini All Irelands
Mini’s Parents Code of Conduct

  1. Positive Encouragement.. only.
  2. Get your child to the games 15 mins in advance of the games. All of our games details are published on the website and the Club Window.
  3. Put your hand up to volunteer in some capacity. It is a great opportunity for those not directly involved in teams to lend a hand.
  4. Accept the traffic restrictions and kindly respect the gates attendants that are put in place to increase child safety.
  5. Do not disturb the team managers that have volunteered their time and are only doing their the best.
  6. Respect the referees… always. We need to culture as many referees as we can.
  7. Respect the pitch coordinator’s instructions and accept the spectator free zones between pitches. We are tight on space and our managers need the freedom to manage their teams.
  8. Accept the results.. It is not the All Ireland Final even though our kids believe it is bigger.
  9. Keep dogs off the pitches during the games.. we have many cart wheelers among our members.
  10. Keep alcohol consumption to within the bar and not while spectating the games.
  11. Help us tidy up at night. We have visiting teams for go games first thing on Saturday mornings . We want to leave it as we found it.
  12. Stay behind on Friday and enjoy the festivities at the club house.
  13. Engage with our generous sponsors.
