In the event of illness or an accident where treatment or an operation is urgently needed the LLL requires consent for coaches to be guided by the doctor in attendance.
Parents or legal guardians please note that in the event of the above your child will be removed to hospital or to medical assistance and LLL will put your child into the care of the medical practitioner in attendance.
LLL will endeavor to make contact with you in the event of such an emergency. However, failure to contact you may result in your child being placed in the care of medical staff.
