Insurance requirement: membership fees must be paid in full before the season commences. 1. Please bring and collect children to/from the pitch as no responsibility can be taken for children outside of the pitch or outside session times. 2. All KHC Junior Members are required to wear the basic hockey protection equipment of Gum Shield and Shin Pads. Also please bring suitable clothes for rainy/cold days. 3. I understand that KHC is not responsible for any harm, loss or damage caused by my child/children while training or playing the sport of hockey. 4. I have read and agree that both I and my child / children should adhere to the KHC Code of Conduct, as posted on the KHC website. 5. SAFETY: Under 7's must have accompanying parent/guardian at all times during training sessions with KHC. 6. I confirm that my child/children is covered under the school insurance policy.
