(1) Photography/video by individuals on the sideline – for their personal use – is not within the scope of this consent. Neither is the use of the resultant photographs or video images, nor the publication of those photographs or video images. The club cannot prevent such photographs being taken, and the club cannot prevent the subsequent publication.

(2) This consent specifically refers to photography by Club photographers who will be clearly identified as Club photographers and their photographs or video images. By consenting, I am agreeing that from time to time the club may take my photograph or video image whilst attending or participating in games or activities connected with the Club and I consent to it being used by the Club for items like match programmes, year books, match reports, event reports or on the Club website or social media channels
