PRO Notes for the 10th July 2017

Our senior team are back in league action this weekend when they travel to Curry, throw in 1pm this Sunday afternoon.  



Our minor team are in league semi final action this Thursday evening when they travel to Ransboro to take on Coolera/Strandhill, throw in 7pm.



Our U-16 team take on Castleconnor in the league shield final next Monday evening, throw in 8pm in Markievicz Park. Best of luck to the panel of players and management.



Our U-14 team were defeated in their league shield final to Geevagh last Friday evening, final score was 5-4 to 4-5.





 



Our Blue Kidz academy for all children from U-6, U-8 & U-10 level has commenced every Saturday morning from 10-11am in Coolaney Community Park. All new children and parents welcome. Your club wants you!



Work on the development of the walkway and boundary fence around the new playing pitch at Nace O'Dowd Park along with the development of a training sand area will commence this week. Gerard Love Contractors have been appointed as contractors for this phase of development. matches later in the summer. We invite sponsors to come on board at this exciting stage of the park development. Opportunities exist to sponsor two new dugouts, goal posts, and our new perimeter fence sponsor signs. The club wish to thank everyone who organised and took part in the Annual 8Km road race that took place last Wednesday evening in Coolaney. With 140 runners and walkers taking place, this is definitely an event that is growing year on year.



 



The club are delighted to announce that they will be hosting a Kellogg's GAA Cul Camp on the week 31st July-4th August in Coolaney Community Park. We encourage all parents to register their children by logging onto www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie to book their place for the clubs First Official Cul Camp.
