Senior Hurling: Lorrha will play Thurles Sarsfields in the first round of the O Riain Cup on Sunday 26th July in Toomevara at 5.00pm. They will play Kiladangan on weekend 8-9 August and Portroe on 15-16 August.
Minor Hurling: Lorrha Rovers Gaels will be the first team into competitive action when play Nenagh Eire Og in the first round of the North Minor ‘A’ Hurling Championship in Borrisokane on Friday 17th July at 7.30pm. On Wednesday 22nd July they play Roscrea in Toomevara and have a bye in round 3.
Juvenile fixtures: Non-competitive round robin format championships will begin for U12, 14 and 16 teams on the week Monday, 20th July. The idea of the non-competitive format is so that every player gets to play a half in each game. The championship will then begin for these grades in mid-August. The under-12 team play their first game on Tuesday July 21 v Shannon Rovers Gaels in Lorrha. The under 14s will host Roscrea in Lorrha on Wednesday 22nd July while the under-16s host Newport on Monday 20th July.
