Active Flag
Congratulations to Tynagh NS who were the first primary school in County Galway to receive an active flag.The flag was launched on on Friday last, March 25th. A large crowd of parents, past pupils and parishioners joined the staff and pupils for the celebrations. The school earned the flag as a result of the students' involvement in physical activity including cycling to school, involvement in GAA, Irish dancing, karate, etc.
U 14 Team
The U 14 team has had a very good start to their Toddy Byrne Cup campaign beating both Skehana and Salthill/Knocknacarra by large margins in the first two rounds. They now take on Moycullen in Moycullen in the next round.
