Notice is hereby given that the
Annual General Meeting of
County Galway Motor Club CLG
To be held on
Friday 28th May 2021
Via Zoom at 20.00hrs
Dear Member,
As Members will be aware, the AGM was deferred from March 2021 to May 2021, as permitted under company law, in compliance with Covid 19 restrictions. In light of the current government restrictions arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, the deferred meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
The Annual General Meeting is being administered by Keady Audio Visual Services.
Joining the Meeting
Members who wish to attend the meeting must register in advance ( by Friday 23rd May 2021) to facilitate the virtual meeting.

Any member who wishes to ask a question or raise an issue at the Annual General Meeting is asked to submit details in advance to gmcagm2020@gmail.com Members will also be able to raise questions at the meeting using the chat functionality.
In compliance with GDPR Keady Audio Visual Services will delete all attendee’s emails and personal details immediately after the event.

Election Nomination Notice
The Nomination of candidates for election to the Committee of County Galway Motor Club Ltd, for 2021 is herby invited. Such nominations shall be in writing, signed by the nominee and one other member of County Galway Motor Club, and shall be received either as a scanned copy emailed to gmcagm2020@gmail.com or by post to Gary Leonard, 87 The Willows, Raheen, Athenry, Co. Galway NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 21st May 2021 before 6pm.

Membership 2021
The Committee has been successful in receiving support from the Sports Ireland Club Resilience Fund. Under the terms of the support, we can confirm that all paid up members from the 2020 year can be given free membership for the 2021 year.
Please Note : Nomination & Voting is only open to Membership holders for 2021
