Level 1 Coaching Course (July 2025)

Basketball NI will host a coaching course on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July at Ulster University Jordanstown. 

Date: 26th -27th July 2025
Venue: Ulster University Jordanstown, Sports Village, Sports Hall 2. 
26th: 10.00AM - 6.00PM  (Theory 10.00AM -12.00PM in the Hub & 12.45PM - 6.00PM practical and coaching tasks in SH2) 27th: 9.00AM - 4.00PM practical and coaching tasks in SH2

To pass the course participants will need to:

• Complete both days
• Complete the pre-course booklet by the first day
• Complete a 10-minute coaching task given to them by the tutor 

You MUST have completed in Introduction to Coaching Course at least one year prior to be eligible to take part in this Level 1.

Team NI Development Summer Camp August 2025

Basketball Northern Ireland are offering keen young basketball players the opportunity to be coached and develop their skills with the Team NI coaching staff led by Performance Pathway Coordinator, Andy Gill. 

These camps are for players of all ability with the only requirement a motivation to get better. The camp is for U14 Boys and Girls and U18 Men and Women

£40 per person
Wednesday 6th August and Thursday 7th August at Ulster University, Jordanstown

12.00-15.00 for U14 boys and girls each day
15.00-18.00 U18 men and women each day
