York RLFC After School Rugby Club @ Hempland Primary School (Jan 2025)

Multi-sports club for mixed abilities for both boys and girls.

A multi-sports after-school club is a programme that introduces children to a variety of sports and activities, such as rugby, football, dodgeball, basketball, tennis, and more. These clubs are designed to be fun and engaging and can help children develop their balance, coordination, and agility. Each week will focus on a specific theme that develops movement skills, including kicking, striking, catching, and throwing.

Our Multi-Sports clubs offer a fantastic way for children to stay active and engaged by trying out a variety of fun sports and themed games. These activities can spark an interest in pursuing additional opportunities to play in the future. Our sessions are tailored to the specific year group we work with, allowing us to identify children who need extra support or those who require more challenging activities. As a result, your child will develop self-confidence and team-building skills.

Please note all sessions will be non-contact based and take place on school grounds.

Sessions will take place every Wednesday and run for 6 consecutive weeks, starting on Wednesday 8th January, for a total of 6 weeks.
