How does the 50 / 50 Draw Work?


The draw mechanics are simple!


The total amount we receive each fortnight is split 50/50 between the Club and the one lucky winner selected on the night.

 


Example: 400 50/50 Tickets sold @ €5 a ticket. This equates to €2,000. Prize fund is €1,000.

 


How many winners each month?

There will be One Guaranteed Winner every fortnight, winning 50% of the ticket sale value.

 


When does the Draw take place?

The draw is a fortnightly draw carried out every second weekend.

 


Where does the Draw take Place?

The draw will take place online under the supervision of the club executive.

 


Where can I buy a 50/50 Ticket?

Tickets are available online via Clubforce. Weekly tickets purchased on or before Friday of the draw week will be entered in that weekly draw. Any tickets purchased after that will be entered in the subsequent fortnightly draw.

 


Tickets are also available in Pubs and shops throughout the town.




What tickets are available to buy?

There are many options available. Please note the minimum transaction amount is €5.

Half Yearly Ticket (1 entry in the next 13 draws) - €26.00

Yearly Ticket (3 entries in the next 26 draws) - €120.00

The information will be notified and displayed on the Castleisland Desmonds Facebook, Twitter & Instagram page and Club Notes.

This draw funds the development of our club facilities and investment in our underage to increase participation in the GAA locally.
