The summer camp is open to club members and non-members alike and a number of coaching groups and will be available to ensure the appropriate level for all. It is priced so that as many children as possible can try out hockey for the first time in a safe and fun environment and the course is structured to develop skills throughout the whole course. Activities will focus on a variety of fun hockey skills and games and will culminate in a tournament and presentation afternoon on the final day. Please fill out our covid return to play form every morning before arriving at school premises for NHC Summer Camp (http://www.navanhockeyclub.ie/hockeyreturntoplay.html) Please present yourself at the covid desk at 9.50am each morning or at 1.20pm in the afternoon (depending what camp your child is attending) when entering the NHC home pitch, St. Joseph's Mercy Secondary School, Brews Hill, Navan, Co. Meath, C15HW32. Santiiser will be supplied upon entry and exit every day. No covid form, no entry. Parents to park to the car park at the front of the school and drop children off. Hockey sticks can be provided but children may bring their own kit. Please ensure it is named. All children are required to wear shin pads and gum shields. Children should bring a packed lunch, sunscreen, lots of drinks and suitable attire for the forecast weather.
