Introduction to Primary Rugby League for mixed abilities for both boys and girls. Please note all sessions will be non-contact based and take place on school grounds. Sessions will take place every Wednesday from Wednesday 6th Nov to Wednesday 11th Dec (6 weeks), for boys and girls in Key Stage 2. Places are limited (places given on a first come first served basis). All sessions will run 3:15 - 4:15 pm. Each week is themed will help to develop movement skills centered around a specific technique, for example how to correctly hold a Rugby ball. All participants are asked to wear sports clothing similar to that worn in PE and remove all jewellery. Sessions may be held indoors or outdoors depending on the facilities available at the school and weather conditions. Please can we ask children to come prepared and dress accordingly to the weather forecast. A water bottle is also advised for the sessions.
