Dear Club member/ supporter

Ballincollig Hurling and Football Club is running the nationwide show “Who wants to be a Thousandaire” on October the 4^th next. This show is run on a nationwide basis by Pallas Marketing. There will be a potential €8,000 to be won on the night so it is going to be an incredibly exciting night.  Funds raised will be used for our development plan:

• 4G Pitch with flood lights on pitch 4

• Sand based pitch with lights on pitch 3

The secret of the success of the show in other clubs is that all parents, players and supporters come together to make it a special occasion and we hope to have the same involvement from everybody here.

The committee will be asking you later to make this a night that your family attend and enjoy. Tickets will be for sale for €20 but a family of four can attend for €60. We are also hoping that all members will encourage their employers to advertise at the show or advertise themselves if in business. Advertisers receive large screen advertising on the night and will be listed on a directory of services on our club website and facebook page which will encourage members to support the businesses. All advertisers receive two free tickets for the show and an invite to a networking reception pre-show. I am attaching a brochure which outlines the offer in more detail.

This is one of the most exciting events ever undertaken by our club but it will be even more successful if you attend and if you help us to get one advert. If you do not wish to approach anybody yourself, but feel that your employer or any other business would be interested in advertising, please just send us the contact details and we will make the approach. Your support in getting one advert will make our plans possible.
