I agree to abide by the rules and principles of Faughs GAA club and the "Our Games - Our Code, the joint Code of Best Practice in Youth Sport "guidelines (view/download from www.gaa.ie or www.camogie.ie).
I give permission for my son/daughter to travel to and take part in matches / training arranged by Faughs.
Information/communications pertaining to club activities for juvenile members will be sent to parents only. I understand that team mentors/club officials cannot text or email juvenile members directly.
I accept that my son/daughter may be photographed for publicity while taking part in club activities and may feature in photos and team pictures on the official club website and club publications. No personal details relating to young players will be revealed by Faughs as accompanying material to the photos without express permission.
I accept that the the club may send me emails relating to club events and promotions. Emails will have an option to unsubscribe from further emails.
In case of emergency, I give permission for a club official to contact emergency services / G.P. if required.
