In recent weeks some of our boys have been in action for South Tipperary teams. On Sunday week last Tiernan O’Brien was on the South panel defeated by Mid Tipp in the semi final of the under 15 Inter Divisional hurling competition for the Roger Ryan Cup. On Saturday last South Tipp defeated West Tipp in the Shield Final.
On Saturday last Jack Gleeson and James Egan were members of the South Tipp Under 14 hurling team narrowly defeated by North Tipperary in the Semi Final of the Peadar Cummins Tournament. They made some amends by defeating Mid Tipp in the Shield Final.
