Invite to launch of Tinryland G.F.C. sponsors new brand on Friday next

Club members are invited to rock down to the Electric Avenue launch at Wexford road business park Ballinacarrig on this coming Friday morning 21st February from 10 a.m. where bulbs, breakfast rolls and loads of banter will be the order of the day.

Electric Avenue who sponsor Tinryland G.F.C is named after the 1983 hit song by Eddie Grant and is the new trade name for South East Electrical Wholesale which is part of the Seamus Byrne Electrical group which currently employs 90 out of its Ballinacarrig headquarters.

With K.C.L.R. radio doing a live broadcast from the event the proceedings will include a panel discussion under the name “Bright lights” celebrating sporting excellence and talent from around Carlow and surrounds.

The panel will be comprised of top Irish jockey Danny Mullins, Olympic athlete Marcus Lawler and All Ireland winning local ladies football legend Deirdre Tomlinson.

Local business men Paul Walshe of award winning Sunshine Juice and Brian Seery of Seerys award winning family run bakery will also be interviewed by the KCLR team about Carlow business shining bright at National and International level.

The Electric Avenue shop will be open 6 days a week where the manager Brian Doyle and staff members Mick Moore and Conor Dowling will be available to advise customers of the wide range of electrical items available.
