Tinryland colours carried to victory at Clonmel Harriers point to point
The blue and white colours of Tinryland were successful at the Clonmel Harriers point to point meeting in Turtulla near Thurles on Saturday 18th January when Revolut Ned won the concluding 6 year old and upwards geldings maiden race.
Revolut Ned is owned by a 4- man syndicate including club members Martin “Scrapper” Byrne, Mick Murphy and Mick O’Shea together with Christy O’Neill.
The winning horse is trained in Rathoe by Willie Murphy and was ridden to its 2 and a half lengths win by top amateur jockey Pa King. After a number of placed efforts Revolut Ned was impressive in this race and is now likely to turn its intentions to the track where it will be well capable of adding to its winnings.
