Welcome to this week’s club news STRICTLY COME ÉIRE ÓG LAUNCH: The dancers were revealed, the couples paired up and the dances assigned at the launch of “Strictly Come Éire Óg, Greystones which took place last Thursday. The evening was a hors d’oeuvre for the main event which takes place in the Killiney Castle Hotel on 5th June. There are still a few tickets left, but they’re going fast. See photos and a list of dancers at http://on.fb.me/1cmRLYZ U14 HURLING: Unfortunately at u-14 the hurling resources of Éire Óg and Kilcoole do not allow either of them to field individual teams this season. The present arrangement has proven itself to be a very worthwhile exercise: the team has been party to some excellent games and young players have been afforded the opportunity of showcasing and improving their already not inconsiderable skills. In the team's opening games of its 2015 campaign it has done battle, and what battles they have been, against 2 of the iconic names in the pantheon of Cill Mantáin hurling Glenealy and St Pats. WEEKLY LOTTO: The lotto is on a bit of a role at the moment with no overall winner. Last week’s winning numbers were 2, 7, 10 and 13. Four people matched three numbers and €3,200.
