Welcome to this week’s club news, Keeping it in the family: Last week, we’d father and son Mark and Joshua Barry tog out on the same hurling team, this week, it was mother Margurite and daughter Maisey who played together on our adult camogie team against Cuala yesterday. What a beautiful moment. Well done to both.  Adult ladies team beat Kilcoole: There was more good news for our adult women’s teams when our ladies footballers beat neighbours Kilcoole yesterday in an away division 3 fixture. The girls were well worth their victory and came out with a seven-point victory in the end. We are very much looking forward to charting their progress this season.  Men’s adult football: It was also a good weekend for our first and second men’s adult teams. Our senior team won their seventh consecutive league match while our second team picked up their first league points of the season thanks to an away victory against Baltinglass. Therefore, it’s no surprise that it can sometimes be hard to keep up with all their comings and goings.
