U19 Boys Footballers Lost in Extra-Time: A late St Nicholas' goal in the second period of extra was the decisive score in last weekend’s semi-final of the U19 A championship. It had been an equalising point by the visitors in the last minute of normal time which forced extra time. In bad conditions, the lads showed real skill and resilience throughout. Unfortunately, in a match that could have gone either way, it was our lads who just missed out. All the players and management acquitted themselves with real class on and off the field all season and we look to seeing lots of these players continue their journey with the adult section of the club. Xmas Fundraising Draw: The winning tickets from last night's weekly fundraising Xmas draw were:
- Noreen O'Reilly, €50 Voucher for Mitchell's Butchers Kilcoole
- Oriana Meyer, €40 Voucher for Mitchell's Butchers Kilcoole
- Ron Nicholson, a bottle of booze
The main draw takes place next Saturday, 17 December at 8:30 pm in the Carrig.

U12 Boys Footballers Celebrate: What a year it's been for our U12 boys footballers. Yesterday, they were presented with the three trophies and medals which the teams won this season. Club president Ray Barry and adult men's football captain, Dan Keane were on hand to do the honours. Well done lads!
When the Going Gets Tough….The Wintery conditions didn't deter our Gaelic For Mothers and Others (G4M&O) crew from enjoying their final session of the season earlier this week. This formidable but fun-loving group has had a blast all year, improving their skills, keeping fit, making friends and most importantly- having lots of fun.
