Welcome to this week’s club news, Golden Wedding Anniversary: On Saturday, club president Ray Barry and his wife Anne celebrated 50 years of marriage. In typical fashion, they spent some of the day supporting their granddaughter Aoife who was playing camogie for the club. A huge congratulations to Ray and Anne and here's to many more! 
Great championship starts for ladies footballers: It’s been a brilliant few days for our U14 and U16 ladies footballers. This week, both teams started off their championship campaigns with impressive victories. The U14s made the long trip to Baltinglass and recorded a two-point victory while the U16 played magnificently to defeat Rathnew. Watch this space for updates on how their campaign is going.  Weekly Lotto: The weekly lotto hasn’t been won for a little while now. Last week’s winning numbers were 1, 6, 13 & 15. This week’s jackpot is €2,300. The weekly cash prize winners were Brian Thompson and David Rooney. Get your tickets HERE County Colours: It’s always a great honour for both individuals and the club when our players represent county teams. Last weekend, we had no fewer than eight young men (below) from the club play for Wickow U15 and U16 hurling teams against Westmeath and Carlow respectively.
