Welcome to this week’s club news, Senior hurlers snatch late championship win: A long ball from Stephen Kelly, Anto Byrne wins it and passes it into Leon Browne who pulls on the ball in the air and finds the net. The late goal that won us the match! Read a match report HERE.  Adult men’s football: Our intermediate (1st) adult men’s football team will be hoping to make a positive start as we attempt to regain our senior status at the first time of asking. The lads start their campaign tonight (29th) against Kilmac in Rathnew with a 7:15 pm throw-in. All support is welcome. New gear for U16 ladies footballers: Big shout out to Louise Gaskin of Gaskin Management Services for sponsoring a lovely set of new jerseys for our U16 ladies footballers. Louise is pictured presenting jerseys to team coach Seamus Aherne. Now the girls will look just as stylishly as they play!  Weekly lotto: The winning numbers in this week’s club lotto were 12, 19, 24 & 29. Nobody matched all four numbers, so next Monday’s jackpot is a nice €2,000.
