Welcome to this week’s club news, Facilities Improvement: As you can see from newly installed fencing, synthetic grass in the goal mouths and development of the playing area behind the clubhouse, the club has been busy upgrading its premises. This is all part of our drive to create modern, high quality facilities for girls, boys and adults. 
Both Adult Football Teams Back in Action: Next Sunday, 19th July in Aughrim our senior footballers play Newton in the championship at 11:30 am. This is followed by our Junior A team who play Ashford at 13:30pm at the same venue. However, due to Covid restrictions, there is a maximum capacity allowable at the ground. The club will obtain only 70 tickets which will have to be purchased in advance. Players’ families are to be given preference. There will be a raffle for any remaining after that. If you want to enter this raffle, contact me via the below email address. It will not be possible to purchase tickets at the ground. Weekly lotto: The improvement in facilities does, inevitably cost. One way to support these improvements is to play our weekly fundraising lotto. Last week’s winning numbers were 8, 14, 16 & 19. The weekly cash prize winners were Francis Finnerty and Noleen O’Neill.
