Welcome to this week’s club news, Club Employs Games Promotion Officer (GPO): Let's all welcome Kevin Spain to the club. Kevin has recently started working as the club's Games Promotion Officer. This is the first time the club has invested in employing someone in this capacity. Kevin's role is to provide coaching in local schools with a view to encouraging children and their parents to join the club. He will be the link between the schools and the club. Since starting he has been coaching in local schools and each week he will provide over 20 coaching session across seven Greystones schools to more than 600 children. We'll be keeping you updated on his activities throughout the year. 
Weekly lotto: Our main fundraiser the weekly lotto continues. Last week’s winning numbers were 3, 9,16 & 20. The weekly cash prize winners were Liz Kinsella and Tracey O’Halloran. Club players receive national league trophy: Well done to club senior hurlers Billy Cuddihy, Peter Keane, Stephen Kelly & James Kelly who were recently presented with their National Division 2B league medals. Good stuff lads! 
Club players feature in North Wicklow schools: Well done to the North Wicklow schools 2nd year Hurling team made up of players from Kilcoole and Eire Og who overcame a very strong Knockbeg College Carlow in Carlow. It was a great contest and both teams showed great skills and passion on the pitch. Also thanks to Colaiste Chraobh Abhann, Kilcoole, St David's Greystones, Templecarrig School, Greystones and Colaiste Raithin for their support.
