Welcome to this week’s club news,

Glory glory U12s: What an achievement by out U12 footballers who finished the season by capturing the championship. The side was brilliantly captained by both Corey O’Brien and Rian O’Gorman. The total squad number was 21, so it was great to have so many lads playing.

Golf classic: Don’t forget that the rescheduled golf classic takes place on 25^th October. It costs €280 per team which includes a meal and a hot snack on the 9^th hole. To arrange a tee time contact Anto Byrne at 087 818 8871.

AGM: The club AGM takes place in the clubhouse on 7^th November at 8pm. This is an opportunity to get an insight into how the club’s runs and to have a say on future policy and direction, so please do make an effort to attend.

Disappointed for U13 footballers: Hard luck to our U13 football team who were pipped in the final of the U13 A championship. The team showed impressive courage and resilience by bouncing back impressively from the early blitz from An Tochar and were thwarted by a couple of disallowed goals. Read match report HERE.
