Welcome to this week’s club news, Glory for U13 hurlers: Our U13 hurlers made history (unless someone can tell me otherwise) by winning the county U13 A hurling championship for the first time. There was a great contingent of parents to cheer the lads on to victory on an ultimate score line of 3-03:3-05. Read the full match report HERE  Weekly lotto: Please don’t forget our weekly lotto. It’s our main source of funding and enables us to keep our subs low. Last week’s winning numbers were 1, 6, 13 & 19. The weekly cash prize winners were Paddy Delaney (over in the UK) and Fergus O’Brien. Get your €2 tickets for Monday’s €12,000 draw HERE. U11 boys bounce back: What a difference a week makes! Having narrowly lost their three U11 football finals the previous weekend, our U11 boys showed their resilience by dusting themselves down to put in three awesome performances to win all three of their hurling finals! In three gripping encounters, there was only ever a puck of a ball between the teams in all three matches. Take a bow lads and hats off to their coaches and parents too!  AGM: The club is holding its AGM on 7 November at 8pm in the clubhouse.
