Welcome to this week’s club news, Table Quiz: Don’t forget the Northern Gaels hurlers (Eire Og & Kilcoole) are holding a table quiz to fundraise for their Féile trip.

Mixed week for adult footballers: Two out of three ain’t bad I suppose. That was the outcome for the three men’s adult football teams this week. Yesterday, the Senior (1st) team defeated Carnew while on Thursday the Junior C (3rd team) vanquished Kilmac. However, the Junior A (2nd ) team lost to Ashford. Read some match reports HERE. County players: Both Wicklow senior hurlers and footballers made their championship bows over the weekend. Our club was well represented in both panels. Darren Hayden scored a goal and Dan Keane a point for their footballers in their narrow defeat to Kildare, while Fintan O’Shea was on the panel too. Billy Cuddihy and Stephen Kelly started for the hurlers in the Christy Ring defeat of Donegal while Peter Keane and James Cranley were also involved.
