Junior C footballers off to a flyer: Our 3rd adult football team began their league campaign on a positive note last Thursday when they overcame Barndarrig in Division 5. In a team peppered with experience/old lads they ran out 0-15: 1-09. They continue their league campaign with an away game against Kilmac next Thursday. Remember, most of the club’s fixtures and results can be accessed HERE.  Weekly lotto: Our reliable fundraiser, the weekly lotto trundles on with the jackpot remaining at €12,000. Last week’s winning numbers were 15, 18, 20 & 22. The weekly cash prize winners were John Keane and Claire Lynch. Get your €2 tickets HERE. Senior hurlers fall to county champions: Our senior hurling team were defeated by county champions Glenealy 2-16 to 0-15 away on Saturday. Table quiz: Northern Gaels hurling club which is combination of our club and Kilcoole are holding a fundraising table quiz to raise money for their trip to the national Feile this year. It takes place in the Hotspot at 8pm on 17th May. U12 Camogie team blitz it again: Well done to the U12 camogie team who played in Ballinacor on Friday evening against Arklow rocks and Kiltegan.
