Senior football team back in action: Our adult senior men’s football team get their league campaign underway this Thursday (7th) at 8pm at home to Newtown. Do come along and support. St David’s girls just pipped: The St David’s girls senior football team played out an exhilarating match against Avondale Community College last week. The team, which included several players from the club, came up just short by a point. Hard luck folks. 
Weekly lotto: The winning numbers in last week’s lotto draw were 3, 12, 13 and 24. Nobody managed to match all four numbers. The weekly cash prize winners were Sandra Barry and Daniel English. U13 boys in Leinster League Action: Our U13 boys team are participating in the Leinster League this season. This is a series of matches against teams from neighbouring counties. Last week, the team started their campaign with a fine 6-12: 5-08 against Louth Club, Glenn Emmets. According to their manager, Kevin Healy it was a really competitive game with everybody acquitting themselves admirably. Club couple in unique Double Header: This Sunday 10th February, a football double header in Aughrim could see two Wicklow players become the first married couple to ever represent their county at Senior Inter-county level on the same day in the same venue in National League!
