Welcome to this week’s club news, Well done Luke: Huge congratulations to minor footballer, Luke Dorgan who last night received his award for minor footballer of the year. Luke was part of the team which won the U17 “A” football championship this year. He received his gong at the Wicklow GAA awards night in Arklow. I’m sure Luke wouldn’t mind me saying that in addition to his deserved individual accolade, the award is also for his teammates and mentors. 
Weekly lotto: The winning numbers in last week’s club lotto draw were; 4, 20, 21 & 26. The weekly cash prize winners were Paul McKnight and Damien Keogh. The jackpot in tomorrow’s (21st) draw is €12,000. Get your tickets HERE. Adult men’s teams approaching new season: The new season is almost upon us. Our senior footballers will kick off their year with a division 1A league match against Newtown on the weekend of the 10 February while the senior hurlers will face off against Carnew on the weekend of 10 March. New club secretary takes the reigns: Congratulations and thank you to Patrick O’Sullivan who has assumed the role of club secretary. This is one of the most important roles on the committee and is effectively the chief administrator for the club. Patrick has been a stalwart for the hurlers for a number of years. Yours in sport,
