Welcome to this week's club news, Nursery 2018: The successful and hugely popular club nursery held its final Saturday morning session last weekend. While the weather was chilly, the children and some parents got into the "spirit" of things by dressing up for the occasion. A big thanks to all the parents and coaches for helping to provide an introduction to GAA in a fun and inclusive environment throughout the year. See some more snaps HERE. 
Pitch perfect: This week our pitches were sanded and had fertiliser spread on them. This was done in order to keep them in good condition and to enable them to withstand the high volume of use. In total, several tonnes of material costing thousands of euro was used This is the type of ongoing expenditure which the club engages in. Weekly lotto: This sort of vital expenditure is the reason our weekly lotto is so vital. It is our main source of fundraising. We generate only about 25% of our income from membership fees, the rest we fundraise of which our weekly lotto is our main one. You can get your €2 ticket’s for tomorrow’s €12,000 jackpot HERE. 
U20 Men’s footballers in championship win: After a hiatus of decades, the Wicklow U20 football championship is back. Today our lads had a good win over St Kevins (Hollywood, Kildbride, Lacken and Vallymount) on a score-line of 2-10: 0-14. Club AGM: The AGM will take place on Thursday, 29 November at 8pm in the clubhouse. Please do try to attend.
