Welcome to this week’s club news, Summer Camp: Two club players Billy Cuddihy and James Cranley are holding a hurling and football summer camp from 13-16 August. The cost is €50 and it takes place between 10am-2pm. It’s for children born in 2008 and older. To book contact Billy at 086 3739391. 
Weekly lotto: The winning numbers in this week’s fundraising lotto draw were 7, 9, 17 & 26. The weekly cash prize winners were Ronan Mellet and Damien Keogh. To win this week’s jackpot of €12,000 just match the four numbers by buying a ticket HERE. Blitz bonanza: Well done to u8 and u10 camogie teams who played in blitz with Avondale and Kilcoole at the weekend. Great fun, skills and team work by all. Thanks to all who took part and supported. 
Good win for U16 ladies footballers: Fantastic win for our u16 girls in their 1st championship match against Bray Emmetts. Low on numbers due to holidays, the u14 team was raided and a lot of u16 debuts were made. Despite being four points down with six minutes left, they grabbed late goals to snatch victory. Read match report HERE. Burning Desire: Good to see that some of the club’s supporters using prominent local landmarks to display their affinity to the club. Such as this creation spotted on Bray Head! 
Senior footballers defeated by Bray: Our senior footballers lost their second consecutive match in the championship when they were beaten by Bray on a score of 3-11: 2-11.
