Welcome to this week’s club news, Senior footballers pipped: Our adult senior football team were defeated by Hollywood in their first match of the championship on a score line of 1-14:0-13 points. The opening six or seven minutes of the first half proved to the crucial period as Hollywood pulled away from us. Their next match is against Bray Emmets. Read match report HERE. U13 hurlers take on Glenealy: Our U13 hurlers under the guidance of Mark Barry played Glenealy last week in a great display of hurling from both teams. It was a real thrilling encounter by all accounts. Well done boys.  > Junior C footballers off to a flyer: On Thursday are junior c team commenced their first round championship game against Barndarrig Gaa Club. The team had a reasonably good run in division four prior to the start of the championship and we're looking forward to getting up and running. All in all though the management of the Junior C team were very pleased to get a win on a score line of 3-11 to 0-01 under their belts at the beginning of this competitive championship. Read full match report HERE Summer Camp: Two club players Billy Cuddihy and James Cranely are holding a hurling and football summer camp from 13-16 August. The cost is €50 and it takes place between 10am-2pm. To book contact Billy at 086 3739391.
